1.0 Eligibility:
- Sri Lanka Teacher Service (SLTS)
- Sri Lanka In Service Advisors (SLISA)
- Sri Lanka Principals’ Service (SLPS)
- Sri Lanka Teacher Educator Service (SLTES)
- Sri Lanka Education Administrator Service (SLEAS)
- The Principals & Teachers of Pirivenas or Government approved schools
- Academic officers of the National Institute of Education or government approved Educational Institutes
2.0 Required Qualifications:
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Education with a minimum 05 ‘B’ Passes or
- A Bachelor of Education Degree with a minimum 05 ‘B’ Passes or
- A First Degree with a class and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education
3.0 Nature of the Course:
- Part time ( Weekends and School holidays )
4.0 Course duration:
- 18 months
5.0 Medium:
- The course is conducted in all 03 media.( Sinhala/Tamil/ English Medium)
6.0 Regional Centers:
Maharagama
7.0 Course Fees:

Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained at the entrance examination and the interview.
