- රජයේ පාසලක ඉගෙන ගනිමින් ම පෞද්ගලික අයදුම්කරුවකු ලෙස විභාගයට අයදුම් කිරීම හෝ පෙනී සිටීම සපුරා තහනම් වේ. එසේ කළහොත් විභාග ප්රතිඵල අවලංගු කොට ඉදිරි විභාග සඳහා පෙනී සිටීම ද තහනම් කරනු ලැබේ.
- அரச பாடசாலையில் கற்றுக்கொண்டு தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் விண்ணப்பிப்பது முற்றாகத் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவ்வாறு விண்ணப்பிக்குமிடத்து பரீட்சைப் பெறுபேற்றை இரத்து செய்து எதிர்வரும் காலங் களில் பரீட்சைகளுக்குத் தோற்றத் தடை விதிக்கப்படும்.
- Applying or appearing as a private candidate by being a student in a government school is entirely prohibited. Committing of such offense shall be subjected to the invalidating of examination results and debarring from sitting any future examinations.
