Provident Fund & Pension Fund

The duly completed applications (downloaded from the Web Site) on prescribed forms together with copies of relevant certificates, referees reports and other relevant documents (degree certificates, academic transcripts, service certificates etc.) should be sent under Registered post to reach the Deputy Registrar, Academic Establishments Division, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya, on or before 09-02-2021.
Incomplete applications, applications and referees reports not in the relevant format (not downloaded from the Web Site), applications without supporting documents (degree certificates, academic transcripts, Service certificates etc.), and applications received after the closing date will be rejected. Applications will not be entertained if they are handed over in person. The University will not bear the responsibility for such submissions.
